For correspondent Ed Fowler, this appears to be an early draft Plan of the College extension by Architect Marshall MacKenzie and suggests a separate building perhaps intended to be a re-built Greyfriars Church. It was replaced by the extended Facade and a new Greyfriars Church with more gravitas to the Queen Street end.
