This image is from the Bon-Accord and Northern Pictorial newspaper of 27th November 1941, page 1. An accompanying caption draws attention to the decorations, which appear to show alternating dancing skeletons and baby-delivering stocks. A small section of the Pageant of Life murals created by Robert Sivell and his students can be seen on the right.
