River Dee street furniture

A photograph from early-2020 showing a piece of street furniture, of unknown function, off North Esplanade West and next to the River Dee. It is one of a number of these poles located along the river. This photograph looks south-east towards the industrial buildings on South Esplanade West and Torry beyond.
