Description
A photograph showing buildings at 31-45 George Street in around 1986 or 1987. This image is one of a series taken by Aberdeen City Council to record buildings prior to the redevelopment of the area and construction of the Bon Accord shopping centre. On the far left, at 31 George Street, is a branch of K Shoe Shop; along from it at no. 33 is John Martin, the butchers, this is followed by premises called I-D, then Edwards Sir, a menswear shop at no. 39.
