An advert for the Royal Athenaeum Hotel & Restaurant, 7 Union Buildings, 1 & 2 Castle Street, in Under Lochnagar, the Crathie Parish Church Bazaar Book. In 1878, the building was sold to James Hay for £9750 and was converted into a hotel and restaurant, the famous "Jimmy Hay's".
