Description
A photograph of Whitemyres House taken from <i>The Freedom Lands and Marches of Aberdeen 1319-1929</i> compiled by Donald B. Gunn (1929). These lands were feued in 1786. The house stands to the north of the road known as the Lang Stracht and was built in the late 18th century. It was once semi-derelict but has since been restored. The neighbouring Whitemyres Farm was purchased by the Cockers Roses company in 1960.
