Historic Photographs Details
Early in 1942 the North East experienced one of the worst storms on record. This eight-feet-high snowdroft effectively blocked the Aberdeen-Stonehaven road near the Bridge of Dee, and on other main roads all traffic came to a halt. Image taken from The 1942 Bon-Accord Annual, p. 15.
